The Founder
Roshni Shergill.
Breath and somatic practitioner. Quiet practice, careful hands.
Roshni founded Inspirare after years of holding space for people whose lives ask a great deal of them — leaders, founders, parents, carers, and those simply trying to come home to themselves. Her approach pairs the science of the nervous system with the older intelligence of breath, movement, and stillness.
Sessions are unhurried, inclusive, and trauma-aware. She is a registered facilitator with the International Breath Foundation and works across corporate programmes, retreats, activations, and private consultation.
